    1. They are very nutritional, I monitor all the ingredients and what they are made off. Yes the calorie content is much lower than the original recipe. :)

  2. Are you only doing nutritional recipes for pastries? What about lunch and breakfast? What are you going to post those recipes?

  3. Recipes look excellent, I hope to try or sample (wink wink) some of these soon. I'm curious though, can you make healthy changes to local snack recipes?
